General Terms & Conditions

WARRANTY POLICY

• Warranty applies to firearms sold by us and to the original buyer only.  Warranty is eligible from the original purchase date shown on the Purchase Receipt at the time of acquisition. Proof of Purchase is required for all warranty claims.

• Without proof of purchase, the warranty will be void and charges for any parts replaced, labor and return shipping will apply.
•  
• It is recommended that customers deal directly with the manufacturer.  We can provide the information required to submit a claim.  When the customer deals directly with the manufacture, they get to submit a claim form providing the manufacture with all necessary information to determine coverage.  This streamlines and speeds up the process to service the firearms appropriately with all required information.
•  
• For all firearms we have serviced, warranty applies as long as the repairs are performed at an authorized Warranty Depot by a qualified technician. The gun owner will pay for shipping to the warranty depot, and the depot will pay for the return postage provided the claim falls under warranty.  If the claim is not warranty, the gun owner will be required to pay for return shipping as well as any services charges.  When receiving firearms to be sent out for repair, there is no way for us to determine eligibility.

• If the gun owner or a third party prefer to do the repairs, the parts requested will not be covered under warranty and these will be charged accordingly as well as any applicable shipping fee.  Please note, repairs done by a third party or anyone other than our qualified technicians will void any remaining warranty.
•  
• Surplus firearms are sold as is and are not eligible for warranty repairs. Charges will apply for any labour, parts replaced, and return shipping.

Please note, firearm warranty does NOT cover the following:

• Damage, defects or malfunctions resulting from careless handling, neglect or abuse.
•  
• Damage, defects or malfunctions caused by unauthorized adjustments, repairs or modifications made or attempted by anyone other than our qualified gunsmith or disassembly beyond the Field Stripping instructions shown in the user manual.
•  
• Polymer coatings, (Cerakote)
•  
• Damage to any firearm component caused by a squib load.
•  
• Damage, defects or malfunctions to any firearm components caused by incorrect disassembly, reassembly, failed repairs or adjustments attempt, either by the gun owner or a third party.
•  
• Damage to any firearm component caused by the use of improper or defective ammo.
•  
• Damage to any firearm component caused by repetitive dry firing.
•  

Any of the above will automatically void any remaining warranty.

• Lost components, (Regardless of the circumstances in which happened or how old or new the gun is).
•  
• Corrosion, stripped threads, finish blemishes or cosmetic issues.
•  
• Unreasonable use or ordinary wear and tear. (We reserve the right to determine what constitutes ordinary wear and tear).
•  
• Sights or scope adjustments to correct accuracy issues.
•  
• Repair, replacement or fitting of aftermarket components installed on the firearm.
•  
• Rental firearms used in a shooting range.
•  
• Cleaning Service: (If the firearm is received dirty, with fouling built up, to the extent that would require to be cleaned to continue with inspection and/or repair, please note that there will be a $80.00 fee for the labor and materials used to perform the task).
